Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Bulk Orders & Lead Times

Some EasySweetz products are available in bulk quantities. If a bulk product is temporarily out of stock, additional production time may be required.

In these cases, lead times may be approximately 6–8 weeks before shipment.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. EasySweetz is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. EasySweetz is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us through the Contact Us page with your order details and photos if applicable. We will review the situation and assist where possible.
